Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all locations within the United States.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time

In-stock orders are typically processed within 1 business day. The cut-off time for same-day shipping is 12pm ET.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Flat Rate Shipping: $15 per order/standard; $99 per order/overnight
Estimated Delivery: 1-3 business days after your order is processed/standard; 1-day/overnight
A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships so you can monitor your delivery status.

Backorders & Special Orders

If an item is backordered or specially sourced, we will notify you promptly with an estimated shipping timeline.
Please note that in-stock and special-order items may ship separately.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted national carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on your order size, weight, and destination.

Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
We will assist you in filing a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
