Return Policy

At Plumbing Part Doctor, we want you to be satisfied with your order. We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the policy below.
Return Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Product Condition
Returned products must be in new condition only.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned with any original packaging, parts, accessories, and documentation included.
Return Method
Returns are accepted by mail only.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us before mailing your item back so we can provide return instructions.
Return Shipping Label
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Plumbing Part Doctor does not provide prepaid return shipping labels unless otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within the 30-day return window, provided the item is returned in new condition.
If the replacement item is unavailable, we may issue a refund instead.
Defective Products
We accept returns for defective products within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us with your order information and photos or details of the issue so we can assist you.
Non-Defective Products
We also accept returns for non-defective products within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is returned in new condition.
