At The Plumbing Part Doctor, operated by Fixtures and Bath LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

• Customized, special-order, or discontinued parts (unless defective).

• Any part that has been installed or altered.

Return Process

1. Email sales@theplumbingpartdoctor.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

2. Securely package your item(s) and include your RA number inside the box.

3. Ship the return to the address provided in your return approval email.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding approval.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong part, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
We will work quickly to correct the issue through a replacement, exchange, or refund.
